CROCK-POT ZESTY BLACK BEAN SOUP
- EASY!
 
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans black beans, drained
2 1/2 cups ham or beef broth
1 cup chopped ham
2/3 cup salsa (I use a mix of 1/3 cup red and 1/3 green salsa)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot, cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
