EASY WHITE BEAN SOUP 
3 (15 oz ea.) cans great northern beans
4 large chicken breasts
2 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. tarragon
black pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Put all ingredients in a Crock-Pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or until you can shred the chicken with a fork.
