2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, Ricotta and vanilla. Beat together.
