AUNT DOT'S CRACKER FUDGE | |
1 pkg. Club crackers 2 sticks real butter 1 c. sugar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 3/4 c. roasted pecans, coarsely chopped Line a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with 1-inch sides) with foil. Grease well. Line the pan with Club crackers and set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter and sugar together and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 3 minutes exactly, stirring constantly. Pour butter mixture over Club crackers and spread evenly; place pan in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven and pour chocolate chips on top. As chocolate melts, spread evenly over bars. Sprinkle pecans over bars. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Break into pieces. Makes alot! |
