CRANBERRY DELIGHT 
1 sm. pkg. Jello (strawberry, cherry or raspberry)
1/2 c. boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce (whole berry)
20 oz. can pineapple (chunk or crushed)
2 oranges, sectioned and cubed
2 apples, finely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. orange juice

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add orange juice. Chill until thickened. Combine cranberry sauce, pineapple, orange, apples, sugar and nuts. Fold into gelatin mixture. Chill until firm. Serves 12 to 15.
