“ROASTED CHESTNUTS” IS IN:

ROASTED CHESTNUTS 
Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut 2 slashes into the flat side of each chestnut

Arrange nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 4 or 5 minutes, turning once.

Peel with the help of a small sharp knife, and eat before they have a chance to cool much.

For the best flavor, eat chestnuts while they are still extremely hot (handle carefully!).
