1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix all batter ingredients together and fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with batter.

Mix all filling ingredients except egg and chocolate chips. After well mixed, add egg; beat until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Add 1 tablespoon of filling to each muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Ice with your favorite icing.
