CRAB MEAT DRESSING 
1 c. crab meat
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 slices minced bacon
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sherry

Pick over crab meat and mix with eggs. Saute onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in melted butter. Combine with crab mixture. Add salt, pepper, and sherry. This is a good stuffing for fish or small fowl.
