SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9") pie crust
Sliced fresh apples (5-6 c.)
4 oz. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. half and half

Mix sour cream and sugar until smooth, add egg, flour, salt, vanilla and half and half. Mix again until smooth. Pour cream mixture over apples. Bake 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until crust is nicely browned and apples nearly cooked. Sprinkle Streusel topping on baked apples, bake another 10 minutes. 1/2 c. flour, sifted 1/3 c. butter

Cut butter until mixture is crumbly. Cool pie good before eating.
