SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 (9") pie shell
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
4 med. apples, cored, peeled & sliced

Mix together sugars, flour, spices, lemon juice and salt. Add sour cream and apples. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Top with crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 3-4 hours before serving.

Crumb Topping: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 4 tablespoons butter. Cut butter in with fork until crumbly.
