HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen Oreda hash browns, thaw

Add:

3/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together and put in 2 quart round dish (casserole). Combine and top with:

1/4 c. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncovered.
