HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/4 c. diced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 16 oz. sour cream 8 oz. grated sharp cheese 1/2 c. butter, melted 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes Salt & pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except (butter and corn flakes). Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle the crushed corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
