TACO SOUP 
2 lb. ground meat
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste
3 (15-16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 can hominy, yellow
1 can pinto beans
1 can kidney beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
2 c. water

Brown and drain ground meat and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes, hominy, pinto beans, kidney beans, and green chilies. Add taco seasoning, dressing mix, and water. Simmer 45-60 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Delicious! Especially on a cold winter day.
