SALMON LOAF 
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flaked and drained salmon
1 c. fine bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Saute onion and green pepper until soft.

Combine egg, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, green pepper and onion and mix well. Add salmon and bread crumbs and mix gently. Pour into pan and bake for 60 minutes.
