CREAMED SHRIMP OVER RICE 
1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. minced onion
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
Dash cayenne pepper

Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 5 minutes, add mushrooms and cook 2 or 3 minutes more. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Cook gently about 8 minutes DO NOT BOIL. Serve over rice.
