SOUR CREAM PORCUPINES 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. diced onion
1/3 c. (raw) rice
2 tbsp. hot shortening

Combine the above ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in the shortening.

1/2 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 beef bouillon cube
Chinese noodles or rice

Combine all of the above ingredients but the rice or noodles. Place meatballs in a 1 1/2 quart casserole; pour sauce over the meatballs. Cover and refrigerate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
