SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. wide egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3-4 green onions
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can Hunt special tomato sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Cook noodles.

2. Brown meat, drain, add oregano, garlic salt and tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes.

3. Combine noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese and green onions.

4. Alternate in layers (noodles, meat, noodles, meat).

Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
