TANGY MEAT LOAF 
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. season salt
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder or chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic (opt.)
1 egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex cereal crushed to 3/4 c.
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

In large bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard (reserve 4 tablespoons for topping). To remaining add Worcestershire, salt, onion and garlic powder, pepper and egg. Blend well. Stir in green pepper and Wheat Chex crumbs. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 65 minutes. Remove from oven and spread top with reserved ketchup mixture. Bake another 15 minutes.
