BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes mixed with
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with cornflake mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
