GREAT GRANDMA MEYERS MACARONI
AND CHEESE
 
1 lb. (4 c.) elbow macaroni
2 sticks butter
4 c. (1 lb.) deluxe cheese or Velveeta, melted or soft
6 c. milk or use evaporated milk

Cook and drain macaroni. Add butter and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Add milk. Stir well. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan or casserole dish. Butter bottom and sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown on top. Let set then slice and serve.
