TEX - MEX DIP 
2 cans bean dip
3 med. avocados, mashed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives, sliced
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Spread bean dip on large serving platter. Spoon mixture of avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper over bean dip. Spread mixture of sour cream, taco seasoning mix and mayonnaise over top. Layer green onions, tomatoes and olives over sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
