GRAPENUT BREAD 
Soak 1 cup Grape-Nuts in 1 1/2 cup sweet milk for 10 minutes. Then stir in 1 egg. In separate bowl, put 2 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda. Then add the milk, egg and the Grape-Nuts. Stir well. Bake in greased bread tin in slow 325 degree oven until done.
