GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1/3 c. Grape Nuts
2 eggs
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Add Grape Nuts. Let stand 10 or 15 minutes. Add sugar, eggs (lightly beaten), salt, spices and vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (Stir in bowl when half way through baking).
