GRAPENUT PUDDING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Grape Nuts
2 c. scalded milk

In baking dish beat the two eggs, half cup sugar, salt, and vanilla. Gradually add the 2 cups scalded milk; mix well.

Sprinkle with Grape Nuts. Dot with about 1 teaspoon butter. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees 25-30 minutes.
