RHUBARB COTTAGE PUDDING 
2 c. sugar
1 c. half and half
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour

Blend above ingredients in mixing bowl. In a greased 9"x13" pan, cut up rhubarb and place in bottom. (About 4 cups more or less to your own liking.) Cover with above custard. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. While custard is baking, mix. Cream together: 1 tbsp. butter

Add: 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well and when rhubarb custard comes out of the oven, spread cake mixture on top warm custard. Return to oven at 250 degrees and bake another 60 minutes. A topping of hard sauce, lemon or pineapple sauce, ice cream or whipped cream may be used.
