BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
16 oz. sliced Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli (2 lbs.)

Fix stuffing according to package. Cook broccoli and drain. In a 9 x 13 pan put can of mushroom soup. To the top of the soup add the drained broccoli. Then add cheese to cover. To the top of that add cooked stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles (20 minutes). Make the night before, cover with Saran, uncover and bake later.
