SHRIMP CONJILIA "A LA NAPLES" 
2 oz. tomato puree
2 tsp. horseradish
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fine black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt or just a pinch
1 clove garlic through press

Clean and peel shrimp, cook until pink; cut into small bite-size chunks and mix with above ingredients. Place in buttered (clam shells). Bake in 325 degree oven until cheese begins to brown. Makes about 4 servings.
