CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini, drained

Mix butter, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add milk and dry ingredients. Lastly add zucchini. Pour into 9 x 12 cake pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts; optional
6 oz. chocolate chips

Sprinkle topping over cake batter and bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
