CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. shredded zucchini

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar

To make sour milk, put 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar in glass measure cup. Add fresh milk to 1/2 cup line. Let sit a few minutes.

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with sour milk. Mix in zucchini. Spread in 9x13 inch pan.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of cake batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
