CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE | |
Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice to 1/2 cup of milk to make sour milk; set aside for 15-20 minutes. 3 c. flour 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. oil 3 eggs 1/2 c. sour milk 1/2 c. butter 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. grated zucchini 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. chopped walnuts Mix ingredients together. Grease and flour pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes, cupcakes at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
