1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Cream first 4 ingredients together. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add. Mix zucchini in last. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
