SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. seasoned stuffing

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put spinach in a greased casserole dish. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the spinach. Bake for 30 minutes.
