COFFEE CAKE 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wondra flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Beat egg and milk together. Add oil. Blend dry ingredients together and stir in. Mix with fork until thoroughly blended. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Wondra flour
1 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
