SPINACH SPREAD DIP 
1 lb. frozen chopped spinach (squeeze and drain very good)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix (Lipton works best)
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine

Mix ingredients together well, then scoop into hollowed out loaf of French bread for serving. Cube the bread you take out of the loaf and use it for dipping. Best if made a day ahead so flavors blend.
