1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. box Jello, strawberry or raspberry
1 (8 oz.) carton extra creamy Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 pkg. strawberry shortcake cups or the equivalent

Cut shortcake cups into small pieces and place in the bottom of a glass bowl. Pour in mixed Jello and let set. Mix up instant vanilla pudding. Pour over set Jello. Let stand until set. Cover with Cool Whip.
