1 1/2 lbs. washed and trimmed fresh spinach
9 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 lg. ripe avocado
Sliced almonds
Bacos

Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Mix with mushrooms, oranges, almonds, Bacos and sliced avocado. Toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 med. onion, chopped finely

Blend all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate before pouring over salad.
