SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 lg. purple onion, sliced

Mix and set in refrigerator.

DRESSING:

1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lg. bunch spinach
1 head lettuce
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 lb. bacon, fried & cut up
2 c. cottage cheese

Mix dressing into salad just before serving or put dressing on the table.
