CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 recipe corn bread (this book)
2 c. onions, chopped
1 stalk celery (2 cups), chopped
2 to 4 tbsp. sage (some like a stronger sage taste)
2 c. defatted chicken stock (use more if desired, mix to moistness you prefer)
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. egg substitute
Vegetable cooking spray

Crumble cold corn bread. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into sprayed baking dish. Cook until about half done, pour butter buds over top, as if dotting with butter. Continue baking until desired doneness.
