QUICK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Sift together powdered sugar and nonfat dry milk. Set aside. Melt butter and peanut butter over boiling water. Stir corn syrup, water and vanilla into butter and peanut butter mixture. Blend in sugar and dry milk. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
