SUNSHINE CHICKEN 
2 tsp. butter
1 chicken breast (about 1/2 lb.), skinned & boned
1 env. Lipton onion cup-a-soup
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. honey

In a skillet melt butter and brown chicken. Meanwhile, in a small bowl blend the rest of the ingredients; add to skillet. Simmer, turning chicken occasionally (10 minutes or until tender). Garnish, if desired, with orange slices. Yield: 1 serving.
