1 can family size Campbell's mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 1/2 lb. stew meat
carrots
celery
onions
peeled potatoes

Stir together mushroom soup and dried onion soup mix with 1/2 cup water. Place in casserole dish with meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 325°F for 3 hours.

This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc.
