SIMPLE BUT GOOD STEW 
1 med. potato, peeled and diced
2 med. carrots, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 c. water
1 (8 oz.) ring coarse bologna, thinly sliced
1 can bean and bacon soup

Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Add the sliced bologna and the soup. Simmer until vegetables are done. Bologna slices can be cut in half, if desired. Serve with crusty bread.
