TANGY FRUIT TOPPING 
4 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. low fat plain yogurt
1/4 c. unsweetened frozen pineapple or orange juice concentrate, thawed & undiluted
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon rind (opt.)

Combine ingredients in bowl and beat until fluffy. Serve on fresh fruit or as a dip. 16 calories per tablespoon, 0 fat. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
