TACO SALAD 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1 sm. can black olives, sliced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
4 green onions, sliced
1 avocado, diced
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
1/2 c. Russian dressing
Corn chips

Brown ground meat in skillet; drain off any grease. Add taco seasoning according to package directions using 1/2 the water. Let mixture cool. Place torn lettuce leaves in large bowl; add next six ingredients and the seasoned ground meat. Mix well. Combine the dressings and mix into salad. Serve with corn chips.
