COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped fine
1 pt. cottage cheese
6 eggs

Mix ingredients all together mixing well. Shape into patties and fry in oil. Place patties in shallow casserole. Cover patties with cream of mushroom soup and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Variations: Use asparagus or celery soup.
