STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 double thick pork chops
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. milk
Oil to brown chops

Cut a pocket on bone side of each chop. Combine next 7 ingredients (I use Stove Top stuffing, it is very good), stuff each pork chop with mixture. Brown each chop in oil. Season; add small amount water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
