ENSLADA DE REPOLLO 
1 med. sized cabbage (green & firm)
1/2 c. mayonnaise (or enough to cover amount of cabbage)
1/4 c. catsup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash garlic powder

Grate cabbage in long strips (almost like cole slaw, but instead make them long and very thin). The cabbage may be cut the day before the party, but do not mix ingredients until 30 minutes before serving in order to keep the salad crisp.
