PARMESAN OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/23 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts, halved & skinned
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. lemon juice

Marinate chicken in salad dressing and lemon juice for at least 3 hours in refrigerator. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic salt and pepper in bowl. Coat chicken in crumb mix and place in baking dish (greased). Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until tender.
