PARMESAN OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 chicken breasts, skinned
1/4 c. Italian dressing

Combine first 5 ingredients, set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then dip into crumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, coated with cooking spray or oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
