PARMESAN OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of garlic powder
6 (3 lbs.) chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. Italian reduce-calorie salad dressing
Non-stick vegetable cooking spray

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and a little black pepper. Set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing and roll in bread crumb mixture. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place chicken, bone side down, in pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. (Bake boneless chicken breasts about 35 minutes.)
